How do I Register?
Go to www.mrgulay.com
Click the Create Account.
Fill up all the fields in step 1
Check "Subscribe to our email newsletter" so you can receive important updates and promos.
Click Next, If prompted with, "Please use different number this number is already registered." Just leave it blank, you can fix this later
Fill up all the fields in step 2
Group/Membership Name (For Mr. Gulay Accredited Partners) fields is exclusive to Community Members and Accredited Partner if you are not a member to any, please leave it blank.
Enter your community or member code here if you are a member. If not, leave it blank.
Click Create Account.
You a now Official Mr. Gulay Online Store Member / Partner, Your rewards point system will automatically be activated and will get 500 points.
Why do I get error on my Shipping Method?
This usually occurs when your address is not recognized by Google Map. Below are ways to fix the issue.
Fix 1. Remove Unit / Floor / Building / House number at the beginning of your address and put it last.
Example: Mataas Bulding, Maligaya Street, Rainbow Village, Barangay Masaya, Quezon City, 5th Floor, Unit 501
Fix 2. Search or Pin your address in Google Map then copy and paste the detected address in your delivery location.
How to pay in Credit Card / Debit Card?
1. Click Card Payment.
2. Select "Buy Now" button.
3. Click Price per Item and input the total amount to be paid. And click Continue button.
4. Fill up the information and card details and click Pay Now and check your email for confirmation.
When is the delivery of my order?
Orders made and confirmed between 7 AM to 4 PM will be delivered the same day, and orders made and approved after 4 PM will be delivered the following day.
When are my points updated?
We update points 2-3 days after your purchase.
